ORDERS OF REFERENCE.1 March, 1940:—Ordered, That the Committee of Public Accounts to be appointed in pursuance of Standing Order 109 at the beginning of the financial year 1940-1941 be, notwithstanding the said Standing Order, now appointed; and that the members of the Committee be nominated by the Committee of Selection; Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers and records; Ordered, That the Appropriation Accounts, together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor-General for the year ended 31st March, 1939, be referred to the Committee of Public Accounts for examination and report. 1 March, 1940:—Committee accordingly nominated consisting of Deputies B. Brady, Brasier, Cole, Dillon, Hogan, Hughes, Keyes, McMenamin, D. O Briain, O’Loghlen, O’Rourke and R. Walsh. 6 November, 1940.—Deputy Doyle appointed in place of Deputy Brasier, deceased. |
