THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Brasier, McMenamin, O’Loghlen and Smith.

3. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 17, inclusive, agreed to.

4. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Report be the Final Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.
