FIRST REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON PROCEDURE AND PRIVILEGES.

Amendment of Standing Orders relative to Public Business consequent on the coming into operation of the Constitution.

1. At a meeting on the 15th December, the Committee considered the amendments of the Standing Orders which are required consequent on the coming into operation of the Constitution. The Committee recommends that the amendments set forth in the Schedule to this Report be made.


2. Further amendments will be required after the assembly of Seanad Eireann, and the Committee considers that a reprint of the Standing Orders might await these further revisions.
