IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Dé Céadaoin, 17 Meitheamh, 1936.

Wednesday, 17 June, 1936.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputies Beegan, T. Crowley, Goulding, Keyes, McMenamin, O Briain and Smith.

3. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That Deputy McMenamin be Chairman of this meeting of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Deputy McMenamin took the Chair accordingly.

4. Consideration of the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1934-35 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Agriculture, Fisheries, Export Bounties and Subsidies and Comptroller and Auditor-General.

5. Mr. D. Twomey (Secretary, Department of Agriculture), Mr. T. S. C. Dagg Mr. J. L. Lynd and the Comptroller and Auditor-General were examined.

6. The Chairman brought forward a Draft Interim Report, which was read the first and second times and passed.

Ordered: To report accordingly.

7. The Committee adjourned at 1 p.m.
