IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputies Beegan, T. Crowley, Goulding, McMenamin and Smith.

3. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That Deputy McMenamin be Chairman of this meeting of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Deputy McMenamin took the Chair accordingly.

4. The Chairman’s (Deputy McMenamin’s) Draft Final Report was brought up and read the first time.

5. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be read a second time paragraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 20, inclusive, agreed to.

6. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be the Final Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.

7. The Committee concluded its business at 11.35 a.m.
