IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Present: Deputy Fitzgerald (in the Chair), Deputies T. Crowley, Kissane, McMenamin, O Briain, M. O’Reilly and Smith.

3. The Chairman’s (Deputy Fitzgerald’s) Draft Report was brought up and read the first time.

4. Motion made (Deputy McMenamin):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Report be read a second time paragraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 13, inclusive, agreed to.

5. Motion made (Deputy Smith):—

“That the Chairman’s’ Draft Report be the Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.
