Present: Senators Sir Edward Coey Bigger, John C. Counihan, Michael Duffy, John T. O’Farrell, M. F. O’Hanlon, William Quirke and Richard Wilson. 3. Senator O’Farrell moved: “That Senator O’Hanlon be Chairman of the Select Committee.” Question put, and agreed to. 4. The Committee decided to invite certain persons to give evidence. 5. Senator Counihan moved: “That the Press be admitted to the meetings of the Select Committee.” Question put, and agreed to. 6.
