IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE.

1. The Select Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Senators Sir Edward Coey Bigger, John C. Counihan, Michael Duffy, John T. O’Farrell, M. F. O’Hanlon, William Quirke and Richard Wilson.

3. Senator O’Farrell moved:

“That Senator O’Hanlon be Chairman of the Select Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

4. The Committee decided to invite certain persons to give evidence.

5. Senator Counihan moved:

“That the Press be admitted to the meetings of the Select Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

6. The Select Committee adjourned at 12.45 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, 16th January,
