Present: Deputies Beckett, Little, Rice and J. T. Wolfe; Senators S. L. Brown, Comyn, Farren, Hooper, O’Rourke and Wilson. 3. In the absence of the Chairman Senator Brown took the Chair. 4. The Joint Committee deliberated. 5. Messrs. Seán O hUadhaigh and J. Vincent Brady (Dublin Bar Association) were called and examined. 6. Business was suspended at 1 p.m. for one hour. 7. Business was resumed at 2 p.m. 8. Mr. James S. Gaffney, B.A. (Limerick Sessional Bar Association), Mr. Thomas W. Delaney (State Solicitor, Longford) and Mr. Hutchinson Davidson (Solicitor, Ballinasloe) were called and examined. 9. The Joint Committee adjourned at 5.10 p.m. until 11 a.m. to-morrow. |
