PROCEEDINGS OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE.

Thursday, 6th February, 1930.

1. The Joint Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present:—Deputy Morrissey (in the Chair); Deputies Little, Ruttledge and Wolfe; Senators Brown, Comyn, Dowdall, Farren, Hooper and Wilson.

3. His Honor Circuit Court Judge Cahir Davitt, Mr. M. Binchy, B.L. (Bar Council, Dublin) and Mr. Conor Maguire, B.L. (Bar Council, Dublin) were called and examined.

4. Business was suspended at 2 p.m. for 1 hour.

5. Business was resumed at 3 p.m.

6. The Hon. Timothy Sullivan (President of the High Court of Justice) was called and examined.

7. The Joint Committee adjourned at 5.40 p.m. to a date to be fixed by the Chairman.
