PROCEEDINGS OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE.

Wednesday, 5th February, 1930.

1. The Joint Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present:—Deputy Morrissey (in the Chair); Deputies Little and Wolfe; Senators Brown, Comyn, Dowdall, Farren, Hooper, O’Rourke and Wilson.

3. Mr. F. W. Price, K.C., and Mr. H. J. Moloney, K.C. (Bar Council, Dublin) and Mr. Peter Seales (President, Incorporated Law Society of Ireland) were called and examined.

4. Business was suspended at 2 p.m. for 1 hour.

5. Business was resumed at 3 p.m.

6. The Hon. Aodh O Cinnéidigh (Chief Justice) was called and examined.

7. The Joint Committee adjourned at 6.30 p.m. until 11 a.m. to-morrow.
