REPORT.

An audited Account showing the Income and Expenditure of the Restaurant during the year 1928 is annexed. For the first time, working under the conditions which have hitherto existed in the temporary premises occupied by the Restaurant, a surplus has resulted of a size corresponding to deficiencies, which have been experienced in earlier and less satisfactory years. The Joint Committee is glad to note a total increase in the volume of business done. The balances recorded since the opening of the Restaurant are as follows:—
