1. The Joint Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Senator Sir Bryan Mahon (in the Chair); Deputies Anthony, P. S. Doyle, and MacEntee; Senators Bennett and MacLoughlin.

3. Mr. George P. Cussen (Justice of the District Court) was examined.

4. The Joint Committee adjourned at 12.30 p.m. till Tuesday, 5th February.
