IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

1. The Special Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Senators P. W. Kenny (in the Chair), Sir Edward Coey Bigger, S. L. Brown, K.C., Thomas Johnson and Bernard O’Rourke.

Dr. Dwyer, Commissioner acting for the Guardians of the Poor for the Dublin Union, was also present.

3. The Special Committee deliberated.

4. The Special Committee adjourned at 12.30 p.m.
