1. The Joint Committee met at 11.30 a.m.

2. Present: Senator Sir Bryan Mahon (in the Chair); Deputies Cooper, Doyle, J. X. Murphy, and Shaw; Senators Bennett and MacLoughlin.

3. Captain Gerald Martin (Secretary, The Bloodstock Breeders’ Association of Ireland) was examined.

4. The Joint Committee adjourned at 12.15 p.m. until Thursday, 21st inst.
