1. The Committee met at 2 p.m.

2. Present:—Senator Sir Edward Coey Bigger (in the Chair), J. C. Dowdall and Thomas Farren. The Minister for Industry and Commerce was also present.

3. The Committee considered additional evidence submitted by Mr. Robin Hill and Mr. William J. O’Leary.

4. The Chairman presented the Second Report, in draft, which was read and agreed to.

5. The Committee concluded its business at 2.40 p.m.
