Mr. Reg McCabe, Transport & Logistics Council, IBEC’s and Mr. Liam Lacey, Managing Director, Irish Ferries, Freight Division made a presentation to the Committee. The Committee was not satisfied on COM (2004) 654 and it was agreed to return to this legislative proposal for further scrutiny.
