1. The Joint Committee met at 2.00 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:-

Deputies Seán Doherty (in the Chair), Martin Brady, Simon Coveney, Austin Currie, Noel O’Flynn, Dick Roche, Emmet Stagg, Ivan Yates and Senators Peter Callanan, Liam Fitzgerald and Fergus O’Dowd.

3. Draft Annual Report of the Joint Committee on Public Enterprise and Transport 1998/1999 and Work Programme 2000.

The Chairman brought forward the Draft Report for consideration.

Draft Report agreed to.

4. Adjournment.
