1.The Committee met at 11.00am.

2.Members Present:-

Deputies D. Foley, (in the Chair), Broughan, Byrne, N. O’Keeffe, O’Malley.

3.The Committee went into public session.

4.Consideration of C&AG Report on matters arising out of Audit of 1995 Accounts of Non-commercial State-sponsored Bodies

Consideration of Report of the C&AG on matters arising out of Audit of 1995 Accounts was resumed. The paragraphs in relation to the following were disposed of:-

National Theatre Society Ltd. Western Regional Fisheries Board. Moorepark Technology ltd.

5.Witnesses Examined:-

Mr. M. Fahey, (General Manager, National Theatre Society Ltd.), Mr. M. Kennedy, (Regional manager, Western Regional Fisheries Board), Dr. Liam Donnelly, (Chief Executive Officer, Moorepark Technology Ltd.) J. Purcell (Comptroller and Auditor General).
