This Volume (Volume II) contains the formal minutes of the proceedings at each meeting during the year showing in greater detail the times of commencement, interruption and conclusion of each meeting, the names of members present (and their duly appointed substitutes) attending and all business transacted and decisions taken by the Select Committee at such meetings.
