1. The Committee met at 11.00am.

2. Members Present:-

Deputies D.Foley (in the Chair), Broughan, E.Byrne, Doherty, Ellis, Finucane, Mc Cormack, B.O’Keeffe, N.O’Keeffe, O’Malley, Upton.

3. The Committee went into private session.

The Committee deliberated.

4. Draft Second Interim Report on the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1993.

The Chairman brought forward the Draft Second Interim Report for consideration.

Draft Second Interim Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report to the Dáil accordingly.

The Committee went into public session.

5. Report from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General on the Visitor Centres at the Burren, Wicklow and the Boyne Valley.

The Committee deliberated and adjourned consideration on the Report.

6. Witnesses Examined:-

Mr.J.Mahony (Chairman, Office of Public Works), The Comptroller and Auditor General.
