1. The Committee met at 11.30am.

2. Members Present:-

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1993.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1993 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:-

Foreign Affairs, International Co-Operation.

The following Account was adjourned:-

Office of the Attorney General.

4. Consideration of method of determination of legal fees.

The Committee resumed their deliberations.

5. Witnesses Examined:-

Mr.N.Dorr (Secretary, Department of Foreign Affairs), Mr.M.Russell (Senior Legal Assistant, Office of the Attorney General), Mr.M. Dowling (Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry), Mr.J.O’Farrell (Department of Finance), The Comptroller and Auditor General.
