Aplogies for inability to attend were received from Deputies O’Leary and Quill; Senators Hussey, Kiely and Murphy 3.DRAFT REPORT ON PROPOSALS FOR THE REFORM OF THE COMMON FISHERIES POLICY Deputy Ellis brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:- Paragraphs 1 to 92 inclusive, agreed to. Paragraph 93 Amendment proposed (Senator Doyle): In the last sentence, after “….larger fishing harbours…” to insert “(see annex)” Amendment, agreed to. Paragraph, as amended, agreed to. Paragraphs 94 and 95, agreed to. Amendment proposed (Senator Doyle): After paragraph 95 to add an annex as follows:- “ANNEX: FISHERY HARBOURS WHICH IT IS RECOMMENDED SHOULD BE TRANSFERRED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF THE MARINE
