3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1988.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1988 was resumed. The following Account was disposed of:—

Environment.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. T. Troy (Secretary, Department of the Environment), Mr. L. Drain (Department of Finance) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.
