1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present:—

The following members were present:—

Deputy G. Mitchell (in the Chair), Deputies M. Ahern, S. Cullimore, C. Flood, McGahon and Taylor.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1988.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1988 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—

Office of the Revenue Commissioners, Office of the Attorney General.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. P. Curran (Chairman, Revenue Commissioners) Mr. M. Russell (Senior Legal Assistant, Office of the Attorney General), Mr. N. McSweeney (Department of Finance) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 12.50 p.m. until 11 a.m. on 10th May, 1990.
