25th June, 1987:-

Committee nominated consisting of Deputies Michael Ahern, Ann Colley, Kieran Crotty, Noel Dempsey, Barry Desmond, Denis Foley, Liam Hyland, John Kelly, Michael P. Kitt, Charlie McCreevy, Gay Mitchell and Liam Naughten.

4th February, 1988:-

Deputy Brendan McGahon appointed in place of Deputy John Kelly, discharged.

2nd June, 1988:-

Deputies Chris Flood and Mary Harney appointed in place of Deputies Liam Hyland and Anne Colley, respectively, discharged.

“That notwithstanding Standing Order 130, the Appropriation Accounts with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st December, 1987, be referred to the Committee of Public Accounts, which was established by Order of Dáil Eireann on 16th June, 1987, for examination and report.”

“That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 130 of the Standing Orders relative to Public business, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed;

and that the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General thereon, for the year ended 31st December, 1987, and the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committee of Public Accounts appointed on 16th June, 1987, be referred to the Committee for examination and report.”
