1. The Committee met at 11.15 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:—

Senator Tom Fitzgerald (in the Chair), Deputies Mary Coughlan, Denis McGinley, John O’Donoghue, Máirín Quill, Senators Peter Kelleher, Nicholas O’Connor and Brendan Ryan.

3. Consideration of Draft Report.

The Committee resumed consideration of the Draft Report.

(i) The Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report to the Dáil and to the Seanad accordingly.

4. Conclusion of Business.

The Committee concluded its business at 11.30 a.m.
