4. Witnesses Examined.

The following witnesses were examined. Mr. Delaney (Chairman, of the National Animal Health Committee), Mr. Lynch (Secretary of the Committee), Mr. D. Matthews (Secretary Department of Justice), Mr. P. L. McDonnell (Comptroller and Auditor General).

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 1.00 p.m. until 11 a.m. Thursday 8 October, 1987.
