The Committee resumed consideration of the Draft Report.

(i) Paragraphs 5.1.1 to 6.4.2, inclusive, agreed to.

(ii) The amendment of Paragraph 6.4.3. agreed to.

(iii) Paragraphs 6.4.4 to 8.2.2, inclusive, agreed to.
