The Committee held meetings on 8 May, 16 October and 30 October at which the question of the decriminalisation of certain, offences under the Vagrancy Acts was discussed.

At its meeting on 30 October attended by Deputies M. Woods (Chairman), M. Flaherty, G. Mitchell and M. Taylor the Committee considered and agreed to this Report.
