The following Members were present:

Deputies Collins (in the Chair), Conaghan, Flanagan, Ormonde and Walsh; Senators Hourigan, Lanigan and Robinson. Apologies for inability to attend were received from Deputies Manning and Molony and Senator McDonald.

3. Draft Report on Air Pollution, Conservation and Protection of the Environment.

Senator Robinson brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:

Paragraphs 1 to 50, inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report accordingly.
