The following members were present:—

Deputies Michael Ahern, Aylward, Foley, L’Estrange, Lyons, Naughten and Nolan.

3. Election of Chairman

Motion made (Deputy Aylward):

“That Deputy Foley be Chairman of the Committee”.

Question put and agreed to.

Deputy Foley took the chair accordingly.

4. The Committee deliberated.

Ordered: That the sittings of the Committee be held in private subject to review.

5. Report of the Committee.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report for 1979 for consideration.

Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report to the Dáil accordingly.

6. The Committee deliberated.

The Committee concluded its business at 12 noon.
