ORDERS OF REFERENCE

The Orders of Reference of the Joint Committee, in so far as they relate to the subject matter of this Report, are set out in paragraph 1 of the Report.

16 July, 1982:—Members of Dáil Éireann nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:—Séamus Brennan, Austin Deasy, Prionsias De Rossa, Jim Fitzsimons, Tom Fitzpatrick (Cavan-Monaghan), Brian Fleming and Liam Lawlor.

22 July, 1982:—Senators nominated to serve on the Joint Committee: Flor Crowley, Michael Howard, Flor O’Mahony and Eoin Ryan.

The Joint Committee at its meeting on 27 July, 1982 elected Deputy Tom Fitzpatrick (Cavan-Monaghan) as Chairman and Senator Eoin Ryan as Vice-Chairman.
