1. The Joint Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:

Senator Eoin Ryan (in the Chair); Deputies William Kenneally and Liam Lawlor; and Senator Patrick M. Cooney.

4. Draft Report on Radio Telefís Éireann.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:

(xxvii) Ordered: That paragraphs 83, 84 and 85 be revised by the Chairman; that the paragraphs, as so revised, be circulated to members for their consideration; and that, provided no objection to the paragraphs, as so revised, be received from any member, they be included in the Committee’s Report.*

(xxviii) Paragraphs 86 to 90, inclusive, agreed to.

(xxix) Paragraph 91 amended and agreed to, as amended.

(xxx) Paragraphs 92 to 96, inclusive, agreed to.

(xxxi) Paragraph 97 amended and agreed to, as amended.
