PROCEEDINGS OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE

The following Members were present:

Senator FitzGerald (in the Chair), Deputies Gerard Brady, Cogan, Noonan and Quinn: Senators Mulcahy and Robinson.

3. Draft Report on Right of Residence.

Senator Robinson brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

(i) Paragraphs 1 to 15, inclusive, agreed to.

(ii) Appendix.

Amendment proposed (Senator Mulcahy):

“In line 1 to insert ‘Irish’ before residence.”

Amendment agreed to.

Appendix, as amended, agreed to.

Draft Report, as amended, agreed to.
