PROCEEDINGS OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE

1. The Joint Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:

Senator Eoin Ryan (in the Chair); Deputies Barry Desmond and Liam Lawlor; and Senators Patrick M. Cooney, Brian Hillery and Justin Keating.

8. Draft Report on Comhlucht Siúicre Éireann, Teoranta.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

(i) Paragraphs 1 to 26, inclusive, agreed to.

(ii) Paragraph 27 amended and agreed to, as amended.

(iii) Paragraphs 28 to 121 inclusive, agreed to.

(iv) Appendices 1 to 8, inclusive, agreed to.

10. Adjournment.

The Joint Committee adjourned at 7 p.m.
