The following members were present:

Deputies Clinton (in the Chair), Daly, Griffin, Keegan, Noonan, O’Keeffe, Smith and Woods; Senators Conroy, Hyland, Mulcahy and Robinson.

Senator McDonald, Member of the European Parliament, also attended.

8. Draft Report on Proposals relating to Own-account Carriage of Goods and AETR Agreement.

Senator Robinson brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:

Paragraphs 1 to 15, inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
