1. The Joint Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:

Senator Patrick M. Cooney (in the Chair); Deputies Barry Desmond, William Kenneally and Tom O’Donnell; and Senator Justin Keating.

Senator Eoin Ryan took the Chair at 4.30 p.m.

5. Witnesses Examined.

The examination of the following witnesses was resumed:

Mr. L. D. G. Collen (Chairman), Mr. L. Rhatigan (Managing Director), Mr. D. Tipper (Chief Accountant), Mr. W. Maher (Sales Manager) and Mr. F. Barron (Personnel Officer) of Bord na Móna.
