1. The Joint Committee met at 3.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:

Deputies Clinton (in the Chair), Síle de Valera, Flanagan, Keegan, Leonard, Noonan, Quinn, Smith and Woods; Senators Conroy, Harney, Hussey and Mulcahy.

Senators Brugha and McDonald, Members of the European Parliament, were also in attendance.

14. Draft Report on Eighteen Statutory Instruments.

Senator Conroy brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

(i) Paragraphs 1 to 3, inclusive, agreed to.

(ii) Appendices I and II agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report accordingly.
