1. The Joint Committee met at 3.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:

Deputies Clinton (in the Chair), Síle de Valera, Flanagan, Keegan, Leonard, Noonan, Quinn, Smith and Woods; Senators Conroy, Harney, Hussey and Mulcahy.

Senators Brugha and McDonald, Members of the European Parliament, were also in attendance.

12. Draft Report on Proposal to amend Regulation No. 2967/76 laying down Common Standards for the Water Content of Frozen and Deep Frozen Chickens, Hens and Cocks.

Deputy Noonan brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1 to 4, inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
