Senator Eoin Ryan (in the Chair), Deputies Daly, Sile de Valera, Flanagan, Leonard, McCreevy, Noonan, O’Keeffe and Woods; Senators FitzGerald, Harney, Hussey, Hyland, Molony, Mulcahy and Robinson.

10. Draft Report on Statutory Instruments.

Senator FitzGerald brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:

(i) Paragraphs 1 to 36, inclusive, agreed to.

(ii) Appendices I to VIII, inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
