Senator Eoin Ryan (in the Chair), Deputies Daly, Síle de Valera, Flanagan, Leonard, McCreevy, Noonan, O’Keeffe and Woods; Senators FitzGerald, Harney, Hussey, Hyland, Molony, Mulcahy and Robinson.

5. Draft Report on a Proposal for a Council Directive amending the Directives on the Maintenance of Minimum Stocks of Crude Oil and/or Petroleum Products.

Senator Mulcahy brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1 to 10, inclusive, agreed to.
