1. The Joint Committee met at 3.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:

Deputies Clinton (in the Chair), Daly, Flanagan, Griffin, Leonard, McCreevy, Noonan, O’Keeffe, Quinn and Woods; Senators Hussey, Molony, Mulcahy, Robinson and Eoin Ryan.

Senator Brugha, Member of the European Parliament, also attended.

10. Draft Report on Control of Concentrations between Undertakings.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1 to 8, inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report accordingly.

The Joint Committee adjourned at 5.10 p.m.
