The following members were present:

Deputies Clinton (in the Chair), Daly, Flanagan, Killilea, Leonard, McCreevy, Noonan, Smith and Woods; Senators FitzGerald, Harney, Mulcahy and Eoin Ryan.

3. Draft Report on Proposed Directive concerning the Protection of Employees in the event of the Insolvency of their Employer.

Senator FitzGerald brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1 to 16, inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
