3. Draft Report on Proposals Relating to Toxic and Dangerous Wastes Disposal, Dumping of Waste at Sea, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances, Protection of Health of Workers in Plastics Industry, and Protection of Foodstuffs from VCM Contamination.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Sections 1 to 14 inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
