3. Draft Report on Proposals relating to Mutual Assistance in the Field of Direct Taxation, Repayment and Remission of Import or Export Duties, and Customs Debt.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Sections 1 to 8 inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
