1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present

The following members were present:—

Deputy de Valera (in the Chair), Deputies H. Gibbons, Governey, Griffin, Moore, C. Murphy and Tunney.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1974

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the period 1 April 1974 to 31 December 1974 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Comptroller and Auditor General, Posts and Telegraphs, Social Welfare, Health.

4. Witnesses Examined

Mr. P. L. Mac Domhnaill (Secretary, and Director of Auditor), Mr. P. Ó Colmáin (Secretary, Department of Posts and Telegraphs), Mr. F. A. Hynes (Secretary, Department of Social Welfare), Dr. B. Hensey (Secretary, Department of Health) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. The Committee Deliberated.

6. Adjournment

The Committee adjourned at 12.50 p.m. sine die.
