1. The Joint Committee met at 4 p.m.

The following members were present:

Deputies Haughey (in the Chair), Dockrell, Esmonde, Fahey and Staunton; Senators FitzGerald and Ryan. An apology for inability to attend was received from Senator Robinson.

3. Draft Report on Proposed Council Regulation on the Common Organisation of the Market in Potatoes.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1 to 9 inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
