PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 7 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

The Minister for Lands, Deputies Daly, Esmonde, Hogan O’Higgins, Kenny, Kitt, John O’Leary, Pattison and Tunney.

3. Election of Chairman.

Motion made (Deputy Kenny):

“That Deputy Esmonde be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Deputy Esmonde took the Chair accordingly.

4. Notice of Amendments.

Ordered: That notice of proposed amendments be given not later than Thursday, 6th May, 1976.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 7.20 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 11th May, 1976.
