1. The Joint Committee met at 4.00 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:

Deputies Haughey (in the Chair), Collins, Dockrell, Esmonde, Fahey, Gibbons and Staunton; Senators Boland, Higgins and Yeats. Apologies for inability to attend were received from Deputy Kavanagh and from Senators Lenihan and Robinson.

3. Draft Report on Proposals for Community Acts regarding Pesticides, Paints, Varnishes, Glues and related products; Customs Procedure and Community Transit.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1 to 10 inclusive, agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.
