1. The Joint Committee met at 4.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:

Deputies Haughey (in the Chair), Desmond, Dockrell, Esmonde, Flanagan, McDonald and Staunton; Senators Boland, Higgins and Lenihan. Apologies for inability to attend were received from Deputies Collins and Fitzgerald.

3. Draft Report on Draft Community Instruments concerning Fertilisers and Pigmeat Prices.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—

Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 agreed to.

Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report accordingly.
